WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY

National Weather Service has issued a Winter Weather Advisory for the entire viewing area Tuesday afternoon through Wednesday morning. Snow will arrive and quickly change to sleet and freezing rain. An inch or two may accumulate before the change over. The wintry mix will change to plain rain later Tuesday night as temperatures rise above freezing.

Mixed Precip, Slippery Conditions

Get ready for an action packed 48 hours. Late season winter storms will impact us through mid week. Snow is moving in from the southwest overspreading the state. An inch or two may accumulate before changing to freezing rain. Temperatures roll into the low to mid 30s remaining steady overnight before slowly rising into the 40s early Wednesday. Expect icy conditions across the entire area later today, the drive home from work and school will be difficult. A second winter storm impacts us on Thursday.
