Low pressure centered over the Great Lakes will drive a cold front across the state producing showers and scattered thunderstorms. While most of the rain will be light, any storm can produce quick heavy downpours and gusting wind, the best shot at a strong storm is east of I-99. Showers will linger for high school football with temperatures falling through the 50s this evening. The weekend looks pretty good, dense fog and temperatures in the low to mid 40s early Saturday then clouds will break for some sun and highs will reach the mid and upper 50s, mostly sunny mid 60s Sunday.
