Pittsburgh, PA -- (Sports Network) - Brad Wanamaker scored 15 points to lead the Pittsburgh Panthers to a 63-60 victory over the Wofford Terriers in non-league action at the Petersen Events Center.

Dante Taylor added 13 points for Pittsburgh (1-0), while Nasir Robinson chipped in nine points in the winning effort.

Noah Dahlman netted 20 points and pulled down seven rebounds for Wofford (0-1), while Brad Loesing tallied 13 points in the loss.

The Terriers shot a solid 45.5 percent from the field in the opening half and went into the break with a 31-24 lead.

However the Panthers, who were down by as many as 13 points in the second half, fought back by shooting 59.1 percent from the floor in the final 20 minutes of action and went on to win by a slim three-point margin.

Pittsburgh shot 47.1 percent from the field in the contest, and committed just nine turnovers in the win.
