Nick Ruffner is an Indiana County native who joined WJAC in September, 2007. He is the Clearfield County Reporter.

Nick's love of broadcasting began as a child, when he setup his own "living room" newscasts. Later on, Nick majored in Journalism at Indiana University of Pennsylvania, while also working for a local radio station. At his undergraduate advisor's suggestion, Nick went to the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University and received his Master's Degree in Broadcast Journalism in August 2007.

Nick is excited to report for the station he grew up watching. In his spare time, Nick enjoys watching Pittsburgh Penguins games and spending time with his family and wife, Zoléanne.
