Melissa comes to WJAC-TV from WTAE in Pittsburgh. She worked there as an Associate Producer while attending the University of Pittsburgh. She graduated with a degree in Media Communications and a minor in Political Science. While at Pitt she was a web reporter for Panthers All-Access and was also a member of the Pitt Dance Team.

Here at Channel 6, Melissa (better known as Missi) is a producer and reporter. She grew up just east of Pittsburgh, in Plum Borough. She loves driving through the mountains of the Alleghenies.

On her days off, you can find her at a Pitt football or basketball game, spending time with family and friends, or traveling. She also loves to exercise and read as much as possible. And she is always up for a good country concert!
