There were three big things about which people called WJAC-TV's phone bank regarding the statewide DTV test. We took a closer look at each one.

Most of our calls came from people who subscribe to satellite and had TVs that failed the test. As we told you before the test, Dish and Direct TV haven't finished installing their digital equipment yet. Some viewers told us they called Direct TV after the test and their customer service representatives blamed their TVs. We called Direct TV. Here's what they told us:

"Due to the digital transition test implemented this past Monday, it has been brought to our attention that some customers may have received incorrect information from Direct TV customer service. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and are currently looking into the situation."

Another common problem is how to hook up converter boxes. Click on the video box to watch how to do it.

We also got tons of questions about antennas. WJAC-TV's chief engineer said it's very important to make sure you find just the right spot.
