Listen Up! Class is in session. Sunday night from Pittsburgh, WWE's "Smackdown!" brand was in pay-perview mode, with "No Way Out" -- the last PPV before "WrestleMania 21." How did I do with my predictions? Not bad. Not bad at all.

Six-man Cruiserweight elimination championship match: Paul London vs. Shannon Moore vs. Chavo Guerrero vs. Spike Dudley vs. Akio vs. Funaki
What Should Happen: Funaki has been a fun, and surprisingly popular champ thus far. I would leave it on him a bit longer, and see if a nice feud with Chavo could be developed.

What Will Happen: Chavo will probably win this one (under shady circumstances), and go on to feud with someone else.

What Did Happen: Chavo won the cruiserweight gold, pinning Paul London in the end.

WWE tag team Championship: The Bashams vs. Rey Mysterio & Eddie Guerrero
What Should Happen: As much as I dislike The Bashams as champs, the only idea of this match has to be to build the rivalry between Mysterio & Guerrero. The matches between these two have been top notch. Time to heat things up.

What Will Happen: Bashams retain by opponent miscommunication, and go off to unceremoniously lose the belts to some random team at "WrestleMania 21." Eddie & Rey go on to heat up a great rivalry.

What Did Happen: Eddie & Rey won the belts with a little babyface chicanery. In the end, Eddie pinned Doug Basham after hitting him with one of the belts.

Undertaker vs. Luther Reigns
What Should Happen: Luther Reigns should soundly beat Taker. Why not?? Different. OK, I'm kidding. Though, I will admit, Reigns is getting better. This whole match came out of nowhere, so I can only assume that it's here to reintroduce our old pal Heidenwretch into the mix, for a cross promotional tag deal with Raw's Snitsky and Kane.

What Will Happen: Luther gives a better than expected fight, drops the match to Taker, some kind of beatdown of The Dead Man ensues.

What Did Happen: Undertaker won with the Tombstone piledriver. No beatdown at the end. But there should have been.

Rookie Diva 2005 "competition"
What Should Happen: Apparently four Divas will be competing in three sexy events for some kind of prize. Perhaps dignity.

What Will Happen: I'm gonna go out on a limb and say....something sexy!! Oh yeah, and someone will win. Oh I don't know let's say the Big Show's girlfriend, Joy.

What Did Happen: Joy won, and for that I am joyful. She's a joy to watch. And I'm not just saying that.

# 1 contender tournament final: Kurt Angle vs. John Cena
What Should Happen: If you remember how good these two could throw down together from Cena's early, pre-rap days, then you know like I do, this will be a slobber-knocker. Cena should win this one. He's as on fire as his character ever will be with the fans, and it's time for some fresh blood in the main event picture.

What Will Happen: Cena wins, and I would not be shocked to see HBK play a little chin music for the Olympic hero, and play a role in the good doctor's victory. On to the big one for Cena to face the WWE Champ.

What Did Happen: After foiling an Angle Anklelock, Cena won with the FU. Cena gets a title shot at WM21.

Barbed Wire Steel Cage Match: WWE Champion JBL vs. Big Show
What Should Happen: This could be a good old-fashioned bloodbath, recalling the days of Dusty, Ric and even Mick Foley at this goriest. This is OLD SCHOOL, and I for one am going to give Show some credit. He may actually pull out a great match. However, he should lose, and so...

What Will Happen: JBL wins a possible classic. OK, semi-classic. On to "WrestleMania 21" for JBL vs. Cena. Show takes some time off. After all, if he does turn out a great match, he'll need a long rest. And for the record, don't believe the Batista "Smackdown!" hype. He's simply being played by HHH to hype their clash at WM21.

What Did Happen: After some dandy stunts by the two bloody behemoths, JBL snuck out of the ring (which was destroyed) before Big Show, retaining the belt. Not a bad show from a pair who are constantly criticized for not being able to move in the ring. Batista showed up, but was a non-factor in the match.

And that was it. The good Professor wasn't perfect, but pretty close. Out of the six matches I focused on, I nailed five of them. Don't worry, the Eddie and Rey team will break up shortly, and I'll be vindicated on that one. This Friday: a conversation with TNA's A.J. Styles!
