SOMERSET COUNTY, Pa -- 33-year-old Brad Costigan of Jerome has been logging in hours of exercise at Precision Fitness. The fitness center, located in Somerset, chose Brad to be a part of WJAC TV's Losing It Across The Alleghenies series.

According to Brad, his nickname in high school was "Bones." But over the years, the pounds slowly crept on.

In his application to the station, Brad wrote that he's ready to make lifestyle changes, he hopes he can pass along to his family. Brad's motivation is his wife, Lisa, and two daughters, Olivia and Maddie. Olivia, 8, has already been diagnosed with high cholesterol and Brad worries about her health.

Precision Fitness in Somerset is confident they can help Brad achieve lasting results through their fitness and wellness programs, not to mention one on one time with a personal trainer. Precision Fitness has designed a work out program just for Brad, based on his goals and current fitness level.
