Three men are facing federal indictments in connection with a raid at a Huntingdon County public housing complex.Michael Weld is facing drug delivery charges and Brian Threadgill is accused of housing fraud. Both are from Huntingdon.A third man, Hazim McWhorter, of Philadelphia, faces drug charges and providing false information to a grand jury. The district attorney and agents raided the Mt. Union Housing Complex nearly two weeks ago, but the district attorney said the arrests were delayed because the three men are already in jail.McWhorter is the cousin of Christine McWhorter, who was shot to death at the housing complex in January. McWhorter's aunt, Beatrice Daniels, was also killed at that time. The district attorney said it's too soon to make connections between the drug charges and the killings. He said his office is still actively investigating the double homicide and taking all things into consideration.Tuesday's arrests and other arrests at the complex last week were prompted after further investigation of the homicides, officials said.Stay with WJACTV.com and WJAC-TV News for continuing coverage.
