Police arrested Gary Brewer, II, 28, after police said the got into a fight with another man and it him in the head with a rifle Tuesday.Police said he also hit a sign with the weapon and scared drivers and pedestrians in Somerset by waving the gun around.He's jailed on $10,000 bond.
