Somerset County's Kuchera Defense Systems has been cited for not properly training employees.

According to Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) officials, some Kuchera workers were not wearing gloves or the right eyewear to operate machinery and some were not trained to operate fork lifts.

While no Kuchera officials have commented, OSHA officials said a Kuchera employee filed a complaint about working conditions.

Kuchera was cited several times for both safety and health violations and had the pay more than $5000 in fines.
