PHILIPSBURG, Pa. -- While investigators from the attorney general's office continue to investigate Dr. Larry Adams, a woman from West Decatur township has come forward to Channel 6 News alleging Adams over-prescribed medication for her father.

Kim Eboch and her mother Carol told Channel 6 News they blame Adams for his death.

"Larry was prescribing a whole bunch of different pills for him nothing was helping," said Kim Eboch about her father's death.

As Channel 6 News was first to report, Adams is attempting to reopen the closed Philipsburg Hospital. The state's investigation into Adams is ongoing. In court documents obtained by Channel 6 News the investigation focuses on Adams over-prescribing and distributing a controlled substance.

As for Adams, he has denied all claims. Officials said the investigation against him could take months.
