There are many summer festivals and events throughout the Alleghenies, but none bigger or louder than Thunder In The Valley.

This year marked the 10th anniversary for Thunder. Over the years, it has grown from a small street rally in downtown Johnstown to a huge event. Bikers from across the country roll into town for the weekend and downtown is packed with food and entertainment.

Bikers from out of town also tour various tourist attractions in western Pennsylvania during the event.

"I think most certainly, it's getting better. I was here from the inaugural one 10 years ago and what I am finding is that it expands every year," said one attendee.

Organizers said this summer drew a record crowd, surpassing 200,000 patrons.
