Somerset County Donates $615,000 To 'Families Of Flight 93'

Somerset County officials have transferred $615,000 donated after Flight 93 crashed to a family organization to acquire land at the memorial.

A court proceeding is required for the transfer of charitable trusts, and requires the consent of the state Attorney General's Office and the organization, Families of Flight 93.

The National Park Service and the family organization are negotiating to buy land for a memorial.
