State Fines Cambria County Nursing Home

Weeks after its license was fully restored, a Cambria County-run nursing home has been fined by the state.The Pennsylvania State Health Department fined Laurel Crest more than $3,000 for five problems the department found after a female resident was dropped while being lifted by a mechanical device.The accident came just days after the home had its license restored.
