Prosecutors Want Video Excluded From Dognapping Trial

Blair County prosecutors asked a county judge not to allow video as admissible evidence in the upcoming trial of an animal rights activist.Tammy Grimes is charged with stealing a 19-year-old Shepherd mix dog from an East Freedom couple last year. Grimes said she did it because the dog, Jake, was being mistreated and neglected.Grimes' attorney requested to use video taken of the dog in her trial, but Blair County District Attorney Rich Consiglio said there's no basis for its use.Stay with Channel 6 News and WJACTV.com for continuing coverage.
