Several trucks were seen leaving the Freightcar America plant in the wake of an ongoing dispute between the railcar maker and its Johnstown plant employees.A source told Channel 6 News that workers have spent the last couple of days loading the trucks with equipment and tools from the plant and said those trucks were dispersed to Freightcar's other plants in Illinois and Virginia.Earlier this month, a U.S. district judge ordered Freightcar to reinstate the full-time job status of hundreds of Johnstown employees so they can become eligible for pension benefits. Freightcar has since appealed that ruling. The union representing the former employees said Tuesday they are waiting to hear back from the judge on the pending appeal Freightcar America has filed.Stay with Channel 6 News and WJACTV.com for continuing coverage.
