BENNER TOWNSHIP, Pa. -- Police said a fire that gutted an historic barn in Centre County was intentionally set.The barn, near Bellefonte in Benner Township, was 160 years old.Investigators couldn't find any possible accidental causes for the Thursday morning fire.The barn didn't have utility service.Two years ago, the barn was moved several hundred yards to preserve it.The barn was finished inside, and housed an antique store.Damages were estimated at $400,000.
