Trial Delayed For Owner Of Personal Care Home

JOHNSTOWN, Pa. -- John Anthony, the owner of a Johnstown personal care home where a resident died in 2006, was postponed until June 16.

Gregory Hanks was found dead on the floor of the Moxham Care Home.

Cambria County District Attorney Patrick Kiniry said Anthony could have taken steps to save Hanks' life.
