JOHNSTOWN, Pa. -- JOHNSTOWN, Pa. -- Carissa Penatzer wanted to try the Debbie Meyer Green Bags because "people are trying to pinch pennies, watch their savings and things like that. I just thought if these things work and save people time and effort in going shopping, then what the heck?"Each package of green bags comes with 20 bags: 10 medium and 10 large. We put Penatzer's produce in the green bags for three weeks to see if they really work. The bananas didn't last, but the rest of Penatzer's produce did."The cauliflower actually did very well. You could eat all but one edge," Penatzer said. "They were very easy to use."The Debbie Meyer Green Bags get a thumbs up.
