Female Inmate Charged With Attacking Jail Guards

A female state prison inmate is awaiting a court appearance amid allegations she attacked two guards at the Bedford County Jail.

Katherine Lee, 39, is charged with aggravated assault and harassment.

Police said Lee attacked the guards while she was being held at the jail in early June.

Lee is scheduled to appear in court on Wednesday in Everett, then will be transported back to Muncy State Prison.
