High Gas Prices Not Expected To Affect Arts Festival

High gas prices aren't expected to hinder thousands of Penn State alumni who traditionally travel to State College for the annual Central Pennsylvania Festival of the Arts.Organizers said alumni count on coming to the festival every year, even if it means cutting back on other summertime activities.

"We did have one person call to say he wasn't going to come because of the price of fuel.
