Air Service At DuBois Regional Airport Starts Next Week

Thursday, August 28, 2008 – updated: 7:57 pm EDT August 28, 2008

DuBois Regional Airport is less than one week away from unveiling air service to Cleveland.

The airport is working with Gulfstream and Continental Airlines on the agreement.

Airport officials said Gulfstream has been busy getting ready for the first flights out of the airport on Sept. 3.

In May, Mesa Air announced it was cutting service at several airports, including DuBois Regional.

According to airport officials, the new service will offer some new destinations.

They're planning a special event next Wednesday to mark the first flights out of the airport.
