A Cambria County modular home company is the target of a consumer protection lawsuit filed by the state attorney general's Bureau of Consumer Protection.The suit names Thomas and Tina Seaman, of Portage, and their company, Sunrise Mobile Homes, based in Carrolltown.The suit accuses the company of accepting more than $183,000 in payments for homes that were not delivered.Stay with WJAC-TV News and WJACTV.com for continuing coverage.
