Palin May Visit Johnstown

Fresh off Thursday night's debate, Republican vice presidential candidate Gov. Sarah Palin is making plans to visit Pittsburgh. Some published reports say she could stop in Johnstown.

WJAC-TV spoke with state Republican Chairman Rob Gleason. He would not confirm her visit but said there was a very good chance Palin would make a stop in Johnstown next Saturday. This would be the McCain campaign's first visit to the Alleghenies.

Sen. John McCain already had the Republican nomination before the Pennsylvania primary in April, so he did not need to campaign here.

WJAC-TV will keep you updated when and where Palin will be if she comes.
