PSU Students Line Up To Vote In State College

STATE COLLEGE, Pa. -- Record turnout is expected on the campus of Penn State University. Students at the HUB on campus are waiting close to two hours to cast their ballots.Many of the students waiting are voting for the first time. WJAC-TV news contacted other polling locations and found heavy turnout and a first for Centre County, new paper ballots are being used, tabulated by optical scanners.
