What Dona is asking for isn't an easy project. Their major highway signs that would have to change as well as residents personal addresses. Dona said some people just could not imagine changing everything that had their address on it.

Dona says the name change has historical significance. The drive runs through Eisenhower Boulevard, names in honor of our 34th president and war hero. The Kiwanis Memorial Park also site along the road.

The council told Dona that it could take a while before a decision is made. They will update him at their next meeting.
