Owners Of 40 Dogs Fight To Keep Their Home

A Cambria County family was in court Wednesday trying to prevent the demolition of their home.Authorities condemned the Parks family’s home in Portage Township after finding 40 dogs living inside.The house was filled with animal waste, officials said.The township arranged to have the house torn down, but the family is requesting a stay on the order.The demolition date is set for Monday, but that could change pending the outcome of the hearing.Stay with WJAC-TV News and WJACTV.com for continuing coverage.
