Offer Placed For Flight 93 Memorial Land

The National Park Service has submitted an offer to buy the land needed for the Flight 93 National Memorial in Somerset County. The treasurer of Svonavec Inc. said the company is reviewing the offer but wants to see previous appraisals of the land first. The park service wants 275 acres, including the site where the plane went down.
