A man accused of killing a college coed and stuffing her body in the trunk of her car pleaded not guilty Friday.

Sean Allen, 19, of Hollidaysburg, is charged with killing Penn State-Altoona student Maggie Davis in March.

Also at the hearing, the Blair County district attorney's office asked for and was granted a 60-day extension before deciding if it will seek the death penalty against Allen.

Davis was reported missing in March. Police later found her car in Frankstown Township and her body in the trunk.

The district attorney's office is still compiling evidence before deciding on the death penalty. Stay with WJACTV.com and WJAC-TV News for continuing coverage.
