SOMERSET, Pa. -- Sen. Arlen Specter, Interior Secretary Ken Salazar, other officials and landowners will meet to discuss the Flight 93 National Memorial in Somerset. Specter's office said Friday's meeting will focus on the land acquisition process and what's needed to be done for the memorial to be ready by the 10th anniversary of the terrorist attacks. The National Park Service said it's been unsuccessful in negotiations, but property owners maintain negotiations haven't happened. Under eminent domain, the value will be decided in court. The meeting is closed to the media, but a news conference will follow. The official 9/11 Commission report said hijackers crashed the plane while passengers tried to take control of the cockpit.
