State College Doctor Faces Federal Fraud Charges

A State College doctor is facing federal fraud charges, police said.

Dr. Julian Metter is accused of falsely billing Medicare and Medicaid for more than $50,000 for psychotherapy sessions for 200 patients in his State College office.
