Liquor Control Cites State College Bar Again

Posted: 2:06 pm EDT July 1, 2009Updated: 2:08 pm EDT July 1, 2009

The Pennsylvania State Liquor Control Board is again citing a State College bar that's already been targeted for closing.

The LCB said Tony's Big Easy bar has violated some of the provisions form a court order issued in the spring by a Centre County judge.

The order allowed Tony's and two neighboring bars to remain open while the owners appealed an LCB decision to close them.
