Planet Ice is a popular destination year-round for people looking to ice skate, but now its building has gone up for sale.

The owner of Planet Ice is Graeme Roustan said over the phone that while the building is up for sale he expects the right buyer will keep Planet Ice as a tenant.

The asking price for the 90,000-square-foot building is $2.9 million. Roustan said so far two investors have shown interest and both want to keep Planet Ice as tenant.

Roustan is also the CEO of Roustan United the company that manages the Johnstown Chiefs. He says the sale of Planet Ice's building doesn't mean the company is in trouble. He also said Chiefs fans have nothing to worry about.
