State College Gears Up For Annual Arts Festival

STATE COLLEGE, Pa. -- Crews began work over the weekend to set up the festival route for the annual Central Pennsylvania Festival of the Arts.The festival draws an estimated 125,000 visitors to State College.Several blocks of South Allen Street will be closed this week, and the festivities kick off Wednesday with Children's Day events.Stay with WJACTV.com and WJAC-TV News for continuing coverage.
