Another Company To Build Wind Farm In Alleghenies

STONEYCREEK TOWNSHIP, Pa. -- Wind turbines are becoming a common fixture of the Alleghenies' landscape. On Thursday, a company broke ground for another wind farm in Somerset County.E.On Climate Renewables held a ribbon-cutting ceremony for its wind farm project. By the end of the year the company hopes to have 35 turbines up and running that could produce enough energy to power nearly 16,000 homes.
