Employee Arrested After Chasing Person From Store

RICHLAND TOWNSHIP, Pa. -- A Cambria County store employee was arrested after chasing a shoplifting suspect.Jason Truscott works at the new Value-it store on Scalp Avenue.Police said he fired a handgun last Thursday night after someone tried to steal merchandise.Police said Truscott and another employee chased the suspect from the store.Police later caught up with the man, but didn't find any stolen merchandise.
