JOHNSTOWN, Pa. -- Johnstown polling precincts take every precaution to prevent the spread of germs.Election Day not only had candidates waiting for results, but it had workers passing out sanitizing wipes for electronic screens and hand sanitizer.Most voters WJAC-TV spoke with Tuesday weren't worried about the flu. In fact they were completely focused on town races.One voter said that instead of focusing on the bad things, he looks to the positive.
