Across the state and locally, state officials said Pennsylvania's H1N1 vaccination blitz over the weekend was a big success, but it is still unknown if there will be a second round of vaccines.

A spokesperson for the state Department of Health said some people were not able to receive the vaccine. Officials said they don't know when or if they will receive more vaccines for another clinic.

The spokesperson said it is difficult to know what vaccine the state will get, how much it will get and when it will arrive. Still, health officials said they made a significant dent on inoculating high-risk groups.

The clinics over the weekend were for high-risk groups such as pregnant women, children 6 months to 4 years old and children with medical conditions ages 5 to 18.

The Centers for Disease Control recommends that children under 10 get the vaccines in two doses separated by three to four weeks.
