Manufacturing Plant Could Reopen

JOHNSTOWN, Pa, -- A published report on Thursday said that an Ohio company has purchased the former Freightcar America factories in Johnstown for $1.3 million.Mosier Industrial Services made the purchase last week, and is reportedly considering using one of the factory buildings to make steel body panels for tractor-trailers.A company spokesman said that a decision will be made in January.
