Playground To Get Renovated

SCALP LEVEL, Pa. -- The town of Scalp Level can't wait for the snow to melt.On Thursday, bids opened for construction to revamp the old Straub Lane Playground.It it expected to be finished by June.The new playground will be named after the late mayor Richard Gladis.
