INDIANA -- Indiana's Evan Bayh had decided he will not be running for a third term.Bayh said that while he loves working for the people of Indiana, he does not love Congress.It's becoming a trend on Capitol Hill, with lawmakers retiring after polls show rising anti-incumbent sentiment among voters.
