Centre County Man Sentenced For Rape

A Centre County man was given a 60 to 120 year prison sentence for raping an 11-year-old, mentally disabled girl.Richard Loner was told by a Centre County judge Tuesday morning that he'll probably never see a day out of prison again.Loner is 43 years old. He was convicted of raping the 11-year-old last year.
