Man Accused Of Killing Penn State-Altoona Coed Wants Evidence Left Out Of Trial

The attorney for a man accused of killing a Penn State-Altoona student is asking for some evidence to be left out of the trial.

Sean Allen, 20, of Hollidaysburg, is charged with killing student Maggie Davis last year. Allen previously pleaded not guilty.

Davis was reported missing in last March and police later found her body in the trunk of Allen's car.

According to the Altoona Mirror, evidence shows Allen had sexual contact with Davis before police found her body. A judge has not yet ruled on if that evidence will be used during Allen's trial.

The trial is set to start April 5. Stay with WJACTV.com and WJAC-TV News for continuing coverage.
