HUNTINGDON, Pa. -- Emergency Management Agency officials and local authorities were busy Friday finalizing flood response plans in Huntingdon.Swift-moving waters at the Ardenheim boat launch appeared to have risen several inches by midday Friday.EMA Director Andy Miller told WJAC-TV Friday that the soil was already saturated from recently melted snow in many communities, including Huntingdon and Mt. Union.“We're expecting the Augwich creek to flood in the moderate flood stage,” said Miller. “It’s probably cresting somewhere around 14 feet. That's going to affect a number of roadways in the residential areas in Shirley Township."
