Former Police Chief Charged In Sexual Relationship With Teen

-- A former school district police chief has been
charged with having sex with a 16-year-old student. Forty-year-old
Mark Frailey, the former police chief for the Tyrone Area School
District, was charged last week with endangering the welfare of
children, corruption of minors and computer crimes stemming from
his alleged relationship with the girl. He is free on bond awaiting
a hearing December 18th.
