Cambria County -- Reiki is a form of healing with hands and energy. Internationally known Reiki master, Norma Jean Young visited with Occupational Therapy professors at Saint Francis University, helping to integrate Reiki into their profession.

Young says, "Anytime you touch someone with your Reiki energy, your softening and relaxing them. Literally, you're reducing their pain. You're increasing their ability to move or even giving them encouragement."

Young is to meet with Saint Francis Occupational Therapy students later this week.
