Blair County -- In an effort to help kids that have to deal with cancer, an Altoona couple has received a national honor. After losing their 19-year-old son, Brian, to Ewing's Sarcoma, Dawn and Fred Morden, decided to create the Brian Morden Foundation to raise money for childhood cancer, help families with kids who have been diagnosed, and fund scholarships. USA Weekend honored the couple with one of its Make a Difference Day awards.
