ORANJESTAD, Aruba -- As the search continues in Aruba for an Alabama high school student, police are investigating the stories of three men who say they dropped her off at her hotel.

An official close to the investigation said the men told police they had taken the teen to a beach, then to her hotel. But the girl's uncle The girl's security cameras do not show Holloway returning to the Holiday Inn.

A deputy police chief on the Dutch Caribbean island called the men their "most important lead" and described them as "persons of interest."

Police, Dutch troops and hundreds of volunteers have been searching for Holloway for six consecutive days. The 18-year-old vanished early Monday, on the last day of a high school graduation trip.

Ten more FBI agents joined the search on Saturday. Aruban officials and the girl's family members are offering rewards totaling $50,000.

Her mother said she's "not leaving Aruba without Natalee."

Holloway's relatives described the teenager as careful and dependable. That is why friends knew something was wrong the instant she failed to show up for the flight home to Alabama, said her aunt, Marcia Twitty.

Dozens of Holloway's friends and classmates attended an afternoon prayer vigil Saturday in Mountain Brook, Holloway's hometown. Stores are selling out of yellow ribbon as residents put bows on trees, mailboxes and doors.

Holloway was known as a top student and tireless worker at Mountain Brook High School, where she graduated last month before leaving for Aruba with 124 other seniors.

She was in the National Honor Society, studied Spanish and was a member of American Field Service, which works with foreign exchange students. Her participation may have been a reflection of her travels, which Twitty said included trips to Europe, Canada and some cruises.
