Blair County -- Illegal immigrant, Miguel Padilla, was a known criminal, from four different incidents. Immigration officials were notified about at least two of his arrests, and yet, he was not deported.

U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, I.C.E., claims, along with other agencies, they were investigating Padilla at the time of the murder. I.C.E. has since issued a detainer, but Blair County District Attorney, Dave Gorman, says they dropped the ball.
